We acknowledge that our customers have the right to request "disclosure", "alteration, addition and deletion" (hereinafter referred to as "correction") as well as "termination of use and elimination of Personal Information" (hereinafter referred to as "termination of use") and a response sent in a speedy manner, within practical limits, when a customer desires such action. As a ground rule the procedures for such action shall be in writing from our customers and the response will also be in writing.

7. Sensitive Information
"Sensitive Information" is information that clarifies personal clinical history, progress of treatment, health conditions, lineage and permanent domicile, race or ethnic background, political views, religious and philosophical beliefs and memberships in labor unions. Sensitive information, obtained by our Company from our customers, will be handled according to the "Laws Relating to Personal Identification of Customers by Financial Institutions" and documentation that includes sensitive information provided to our Company will not be obtained from external sources and no discriminatory action will be taken based on the information.

8. Provision of Information to Personal Information Agencies
Our Company is a member of the Personal Credit Information Organization ("Information Center"), which is a member of the Federation of Credit Bureaus of Japan (hereinafter referred to as "FCBJ"). Information registered with the corresponding organizations will be used only for the purpose of conducting the proper considerations for extending credit. The Information Center, a personal credit information organization operating in individual regions, includes financial lenders as their primary members. Individual Information Centers collaborate with one another to form a network for personal credit information.

Further, we shall continue to strive to enhance the security of our systems in order to protect Personal Information from unauthorized use, destruction, tampering and leaks.
