The Group provides a full range of one-stop financial solutions to SMEs depending on their stage of growth and funding requirements. Our financial services include small business owner loans, Business Timely loans, installment loans, leasing, and direct funding. We leverage strategic alliance with other companies and promote efficiency throught the pursuit of synergistic effects by ulitizing the credit expertise that we have accumukated through our experience in the loan business, and the databases and established brand value of our aliance partners through financial OEM.
 
  May 1960 Nissin Shoji Co., Ltd. established in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture.
  July 1967 Began offering secured loans.
  July 1972 Begins offering Consumer Loans.
  September 1981 Began offering SME loans.
  February 1984 Registered as a moneylending company following the enactment of the Moneylending Business Law.
  November 1990 Changed company name to Nissin Co., Ltd., and relocated the head office to the current location.
  April 1994 Obtained approval from Japan Securities Dealers Association to register shares on the OTC market.
  September 1996 Listed on the Second Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange.
  October 1996 Upgraded the Tokyo Office to Tokyo Branch.
  April 1998 Upgraded the Tokyo Branch to Tokyo Head Office.
  December 1998 Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
  September 1999 Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Osaka Securities Exchange.
  July 2001 Established Nissin Servicer Co., Ltd., currently an affiliate accounted for under the equity method.
  August 2002 Listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
  December 2002 Delisted shares from Osaka Security Exchange, leaved domestic listing only with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
  November 2003 Established NIS Lease Co., Ltd., currently an affiliate accounted for under the equity method.
  June 2004 Sold unguaranteed consumer loans receivable to Orient Credit Co., Ltd.
  June 2004 Commenced the real estate business through NIS Property Co., Ltd.
  July 2004 Established Matsuyama Nissin Investment Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (now named Nissin Leasing (China) Co., Ltd.).
  September 2004 Nissin Servicer Co., Ltd. was listed on the Mothers market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
  January 2006 Established Nihon Fudousan Kakuzuke Co., Ltd., a joint venture with Funai Zaisan Consulting Co., Ltd..
   October 2006 Changed company name to NIS Group Co., Ltd.
   May 2007 Established NI Strategic Partners Co., Ltd., currently a consolidated subsidiary.
   December 2007 Reached a basic agreement to form a strategic investment and business alliance with TPG, a U.S. private equity firm.
   February 2008 Increased capital through a third-party allotment of new shares to investment vehicles managed by TPG, as a part of a strategic investment and business alliance with TPG.
   August 2008 Delisted voluntarily from the New York Stock Exchange.
   December 2008 Reached an agreement to form a strategic investment and business alliance with Chusho-Kigyo Hosho Kiko Co., Ltd.Terminated the basic agreement to form a strategic investment and business alliance with TPG.
